About the owner

M'Linda Brown

M'Linda, the owner of Central Illinois Mobile Notary & Imaging, previously operated under the name MB Mobile Notary Services. With a strong foundation in legal studies and paralegal work, she brings extensive experience and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency to every service offered.

M'Linda's background also includes valuable experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in hospitals, nursing homes, and in-home care settings. This experience provided her with deep insights into the needs of clients requiring home and facility-based services, which inspired her to expand her business and rebrand to Central Illinois Notary & Imaging.

Her dedication to excellence is evident in her meticulous approach and passion for helping clients with their notary and imaging needs. As a licensed real estate professional, having successfully completed her Illinois Real Estate test, she is also well-versed in the loan signing process.

A devoted mother of three, M'Linda’s commitment to family and community drives her entrepreneurial spirit. She loves setting new goals and exploring new places, and this drive is reflected in her dedication to enhancing the services offered by Central Illinois Mobile Notary & Imaging—including the recent addition of Livescan fingerprinting, further expanding the company’s ability to meet diverse client needs.

In addition to her professional endeavors, M'Linda is the founder of the Boundless Joy Foundation, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to supporting children with disabilities. The foundation is committed to assisting families in any way possible—whether through advocacy, resources, or direct support. One of its long-term goals is to build an inclusive, fully accessible playground designed for children of all abilities, creating a space where joy has no limits and every child can feel seen, valued, and free.
