Central Illinois Notary & Imaging provides various services including, but not limited to:
- Notary Public Services (on-site, remote, and electronic notarizations)
- Loan Signing Agent Services
- Passport Photos
- 360 3D Home Tours with Aerial Views
- Special Occasion Photography
- Livescan Fingerprinting
We strive to ensure that our services are reliable and accurate. However, the availability of services is subject to scheduling, client cooperation, and other factors.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- All services are available by appointment only. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must present valid, government-issued identification for all notary services.
- Clients must ensure that all documents requiring notarization are complete and ready at the time of the appointment.
- For loan signings, clients must have all required documents organized and accessible.
- For imaging services, clients must ensure that the property or setting is prepared and ready for photography.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods.
- Any additional costs (e.g.- rush services) will be communicated to the client in advance.
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold services or documents until payment is received.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
- We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
- All personal and sensitive information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
- We will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
7. Limitations of Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, Central Illinois Notary & Imaging is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from errors, delays, or omissions in our services.
- We are not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents presented for notarization.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents are correct and complete before signing.
8. Service Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if the requested service is illegal, unethical, or if the client fails to meet our identification or documentation requirements.
- We may also refuse service if a client is abusive, threatening, or fails to comply with our terms and conditions.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
- Central Illinois Notary & Imaging reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
- Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and Sangamon County, IL. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.
