What Is Boundless Joy Foundation?

Founded by Central Illinois Notary & Imaging, Boundless Joy Foundation is a registered nonprofit with the IRS and the State of Illinois, dedicated to creating joy, education, and inclusive experiences for children of all abilities.

Our mission goes beyond play—we aim to support education, happiness, fun, personal growth, life lessons, and community engagement. Our first major goal? To build an inclusive playground in Springfield, IL designed specifically for children with physical and mental disabilities.

But that’s just the beginning. We’re also committed to supporting families in need through:
